Our package sizes are classified as follows:
  • Small: includes items such as phones
  • Medium: includes items such blenders and iron boxes
  • Large: includes items such fridges, washing machines and TVs

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Same day Delivery within Nairobi and its environment
  • Shipment cost: Depending with your location Estimated delivery time: 2hours -8hours within a day

Shipping method: Outside Nairobi Within Kenya

  • Shipment cost: Depending on your location and item weight, length and height
  • N/B the shipping fee is catered fully by the client
    Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days

Installation and set up within Nairobi

We can deliver and install your new appliance.

Installation depends on the item purchased, location.

  • Wall brackets (You can purchase wall brackets from us) Installation is only done on concrete walls ( not on any other material) - Otherwise, prefabrication is needed before installation. Washer/dryer

  • Water pressure between 50-800 Kpa
  • Power point in the installation location

Washer

  • 13 amp volt switcher
  • Washing machine tap
  • Water pressure between 50-800 Kpa
  • Powerpoint in the installation location
    Side by side fridges with plumbing
  • Water pressure between 138 Kpa-862 Kpa
  • Water source behind fridge location for plumbing

Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@cartmuch.co.ke or Call/WhatsApp +254743240298 Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.
